I offer simple breath practices, intuitive listening, and peaceful companionship — a calm presence as you integrate what you’ve gone through.

Sessions are offered freely online, with an optional contribution via Ko-fi.

You don’t have to explain everything.
You just need a safe space to begin.

About Me

Hi! I’m Jan, Founder - Intuitive & Breathwork Guide for those men and women navigating energetic, spiritual, or unexplained experiences.

As an Experiencer myself, I understand what it’s like to witness or sense things that defy easy explanation — moments that can shift our energy and perception in profound ways.

 

My focus is on helping others feel safe, grounded, and empowered as they process these experiences.

Drawing from the mentoring that I've received in guided meditation and breathwork, I offer gentle pathways to calm the nervous system and harmonise the body’s energy field. I hold a Master of Public Health and a Bachelor of Science, with experience in community wellbeing, education, and environmental sustainability. My background in health and environmental science shapes my balanced approach — integrating mindfulness, intuitive awareness, and connection to the natural world.

All sessions are offered currently freely online, 1:1, and worldwide.

Please note that my sessions are not clinical nor medical. Participants agree to take personal responsibility for their own well-being and experiences.
